This vintage has a brillant golden colour, the effervescence is smooth and regular and the first nose is mineral with hints of dried vegetables. When aired we discover stewed fruits (apple, Mirabelle plum) The attack is powerful and elegant. The mouth inclines towards hints of butter, brioche with jellied fruit fragrances. 100% Old Vines Pinot Noir.
