Shipping policy
Delivery Areas We deliver to Hong Kong Island and Kowloon Monday to Saturday. We also deliver to select outlying areas on specific days (see below).
Delivery Rates
- Orders of HK$1,500 or above: Free delivery
- Orders under HK$1,500: HK$120 flat rate
Order Cutoff & Delivery Schedule Orders placed by 2:00 PM Monday to Friday will be delivered the following business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Area-Specific Delivery Days Certain areas are served on designated days only:

Please ensure your order is placed by 2:00 PM the day before your area's scheduled delivery day to guarantee same-week delivery.

- Deliveries are made during business hours. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery window.
- We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
