At Golden Gate Wine, we take great pride in the quality of every bottle we deliver. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind every order.
Faulty or Corked Wine If you receive a bottle that is corked or otherwise faulty, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days, or a replacement will be dispatched at your preference.
Change of Mind As wine is a perishable consumable product, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and bottles. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
