Mel stands for both 'Melanie' and melange, or mix, and is her idea of an unusual white wine blend of "secret proportions". A cornucopia of fruit, from lemon through kaki and papaya, make this generous but very bright dry white irresistible. And each swirl of the glass brings out more aromas. Suddenly there are roses and white peaches. As precise as it is concentrated, with a long, chalky finish that pulls you back for more. A blend of riesling, pinot gris gewurztraminer and muscat. From organically grown grapes with Fair Green certification.
