Deep, ruby-red hues with typical Cabernet aromas of tomato leaf, cassis, Fynbos shrub, fresh bouquet garni, black cherry and a touch of graphite. The use of oalder oak ensures that the primary focus on the mid palate is aimed at the primary cassis, black cherry and dark fruit flavours. The tannins are well integrated and round. A full-bodied wine with delicate flavours of plums, blackcurrants and fresh herbs on the dry finish.
