Anatomy No. 5 Chardonnay, Sonoma Valley 2022

Anatomy was born in 2006 out of a desire to produce an affordable and tasty Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. The Chardonnay is the second wine in the line up. Bright, focused notes of orange zest, jasmine, and wet stone, layered with nuances of pear, peach blossom, and green apple. Medium-bodied and smooth with a crisp, energetic mouthfeel. It features refreshing flavors of lemon curd, grapefruit, and lemon meringue, beautifully grounded by balanced acidity and a subtle hint of minerality.
