Anatomy No. 1 Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley 2022

Anatomy was born in 2006 out of a desire to produce an affordable and tasty Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Inviting scents of blackcurrant, blackberry, and black cherry, complemented by subtle notes of leather and dark fruit. Medium to full-bodied with fine-grained tannins, offering flavors of dark chocolate, smoky herbs, oak spice, black cherry, and espresso. The finish is long, with hints of cocoa powder.

78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petite Sirah, 5% Merlot, 5% Zinfandel, and 4% Petit Verdot.
