Welcome to Golden Gate Wine. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol from our store. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age. Golden Gate Wine reserves the right to refuse delivery if the recipient cannot confirm they are of legal age.

2. Orders & Pricing All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before processing any affected order.

3. Payment Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout.

4. Delivery Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and select outlying areas. Delivery to certain areas is available on designated days only.

5. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. We will replace or refund corked or faulty wine reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability Golden Gate Wine shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the order placed.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
