Paul Bara Brut Reserve, Grand Cru, Champagne, France NV (1.5L)

This non-vintage brut has a lovely clear yellow colour, accentuated by a hint of vintage gold. The mousse is fine and white, making lively regular chain of bubbles. On the nose, you will immediately be charmed by the fullness, its seductive aromas of ripe flesh fruit, dominated by yellow peaches and Mirabelle plum and by its notes of spices and honey, punctuated by hint of candied fruit evoking bergamot and orange peel. In the mouth it combines fruitiness and freshness with great success to produce a full-bodied wine calling to mind juicy fruit, with a touch of pepper.
