Champagne Marc Hebrart

Champagne Marc Hébrart — Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Champagne

Premier-Cru Champagne with serious pedigree—parcel precision, Pinot depth and mineral finesse.

Overview

Marc Hébrart is a family-run grower Champagne house based in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ in the Vallée de la Marne, with roots dating back to the 1960s. The estate is now led by Jean‑Paul Hébrart, who took over in 1997 and has steadily built its reputation as one of the leading Premier Cru growers. The vineyards span both Premier and Grand Cru sites, with a strong focus on Pinot Noir complemented by Chardonnay, planted on chalk-rich soils that provide structure, tension and mineral lift.

The domaine is known for its meticulous, parcel-by-parcel vinification, allowing each site to express its character. Farming practices are increasingly sustainable, with careful vineyard management and selective use of oak and stainless steel in the cellar. The resulting wines combine generous Pinot fruit with freshness and precision, delivering a style that is both expressive and refined.
