Limited Addition

Limited Addition – Willamette Valley, Oregon

Modern Oregon wines built for the future: naturally farmed, naturally made, climate-resilient varietal diversity.

Overview

Limited Addition is a forward-thinking Oregon project founded by Master of Wine Bree Stock in collaboration with winemaker Chad Stock, based in the Willamette Valley. Established in the mid-2010s, the project was created to challenge conventional assumptions about the region by exploring a wider range of grape varieties beyond Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, working closely with growers across multiple AVAs.

Fruit is sourced from vineyards farmed organically and regeneratively on a mix of volcanic, marine sedimentary and loess soils, supporting natural fermentations and minimal-intervention winemaking. The philosophy emphasises diversity, resilience and transparency, with a strong commitment to native yeast, low additions and site expression. The wines are energetic, characterful and reflective of a new direction for cool-climate Oregon.
