Champagne Lamiable
Champagne Lamiable — Tours-sur-Marne, Champagne
Grand Cru Champagne with richness, structure and precise mineral balance.
Overview
Champagne Lamiable is a long-established family estate in Tours-sur-Marne, a Grand Cru village in the Montagne de Reims, with family roots dating back to the 17th century. The modern winery was formally established in the mid-20th century and is now run by the Ophelie Lamiable and her husband Arnaud, combining tradition with a more contemporary approach to vineyard management and winemaking.
The estate’s vineyards are entirely Grand Cru, planted predominantly with Pinot Noir on chalk and limestone soils that bring both power and elegance to the wines. Old vines and careful vineyard work contribute depth and concentration, while restrained dosage and precise cellar practices ensure balance and freshness. The house style is structured yet refined, with a clear expression of terroir and a strong gastronomic appeal.
