Delivery and Orders
Where do you deliver in Hong Kong?
We delivery Monday - Saturday to HK Island and Kowloon. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays we deliver to Sai Kung. On Wednesdays we deliver to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, and Park Island.
We can deliver to Lamma Island, and Mui Wo for an additional charge.
Is there a minimum order amount for free delivery?
Yes, spend HK$1500 for free delivery to standard delivery locations.
When is your cut off time for next-day delivery?
2pm. Orders received after this time, will be processed for the following delivery day.
Do you offer same day delivery?
We can check in the morning to see if there is a truck available for a same day delivery. However, as we outsource our logistics, there is an additional charge for this. If you want to collect at the warehouse, you need to pay a gate charge of $350 in additional to minimum delivery charges.
Can I choose a specific delivery time or window?
We outsource our logisitics, so there is an additional $800 charge for time specific windows. If you don't want to pay, we can always make the request, but can not guarantee it.
The other option is that our team call you when they are on their way, in case you are nearby.
What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
We recommend that we leave it outside your front door, or with your building management. Let us know what you prefer.
Products and Selection
Do you import directly from wineries?
Yes, we order from around the world directly from the wineries and ship them here to Hong Kong.
Are you wines stored in temperature controlled conditions?
Yes, they are stored in our temperature controlled warehouse in Fan Ling.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?
Absolutely, get in touch with us on the details above and we will help.
Returns and issues
What happens if a bottle is damged when I receive it?
Please let us know as soon as you can. We will be sure to replace it, or refund you.
What if I receive the wrong wines?
Unfortunately mistakes can happen, please do let us know, and we will be sure to replace them as soon as possible.
What is the wine is corked or faulty?
Unfortunately this can happen with wines, we have a no questions asked policy and will refund or replace the bottle as soon as you let us know.
