Domaine Boudau is a historic estate in Roussillon founded in the 1920s by Hippolyte Boudau and now run by the third generation of the family. Originally focused on fortified wines, the estate has been transformed into a producer of organic dry wines, reflecting the evolving direction of the region.

The vineyards are spread across two main areas on clay-limestone soils, planted predominantly with Grenache, supported by Syrah and other traditional varieties.
