This is the house?????s brut sans ann??e, blended largely from Le Mesnil Sur Oger. It?????s fresh and lively, with lime-like acidity under dark notes of apple and pear, and that refreshing zestiness harmoniously balances the depth of fruit. Good vivacity, with flavors of grapefruit, apple. The mouth keeps on with a lovely finesse that steadily expands on the side of the mouth to offer more fruits, like yellow ones: pear, peach, together with a bright acidity.
