Sandalford Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Margaret River, Australia 2017

The fruit for this wine came exclusively from our 40 old, dry-grown Margaret River Estate vineyard. COLOUR - Dark cherry with a magenta hue. NOSE - This is a very pretty wine with lifted notes of violets, cassis and hints of fragrant cedar. PALATE - Perfect like the vintage comments. Medium to full bodied with silky tannins and moderate acidity. Perfumed flavours as for the nose along with the unmistakable Margaret River nuances of choc-mint, rosemary and bay leaf. A wine which will only improve over the next ten years.
